Raphaelle is spacious with large windows opening onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and a private garden.

It is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and the nature, very close to the main attractions of the Dordogne (the caves of Lascaux, Château de Hautefort, Dordogne, Sarlat, Périgueux ...).

Inside house

Raphaelle has four bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets. A large living room of 55 m², consisting of a kitchen open to the living room and a dining room with large sliding doors giving access to a large wooden terrace and a garden with private pool.

Inside studio

The air-conditioned studio consists of a large room of 30 sqm, with a kitchen and a sleeping area and a bathroom with a toilet.

Outside

Around Raphaelle, there is a large terrace to relax and to enjoy nature. A large private and enclosed garden of 2500 m² and a salt water pool of 8x4 m with an internal staircase.

Environment

In a quiet and green environment, 2 km from Saint-Rabier with a small supermarket and 1 restaurant, also 1 km from another village where there is one doctor, one pharmacy, one bakery and one restaurant and is easy to walk in about 6-minute walk. Supermarkets at 7 and 12 km.

Activities

At 15 km from the caves of Lascaux, 12 km from the Castle of Hautefort, 40 minutes from the medieval town of Sarlat and Perigueux.

Guests can enjoy a walk through the walking tracks, or go canoeing on the many rivers of our region (Auvézère, the Dordogne or the Vézère)

our stay at the house Raphaelle in France in one word: FANTASTIC!!.

We enjoyed ourselves and Bruno and Sandra are such lovely people. There was a bottle of wine and a jar of delicious jam. A bag of walnuts on departure. When Bruno came to clean the pool, you didn't even notice he was there. Only when he walked away did we say "oh, the pool has been cleaned". You had to walk up to Sandra, so to speak, to have a chat. Really such nice people. If you speak to Bruno and Sandra, thank them again for the good care.

The stay averages 26 degrees. One day 36 degrees and one day 33 degrees. But with a nice pool and a few nice books, we had a great time. Furthermore, nice / beautiful (brocante) markets, beautiful places visited. Read a lot at the house and of course swam well what more can we say.

Appreciation for us a big nine!! And certainly not a goodbye for us, but a see you later. But then I will take a French language course (despite my French name I don't get much further than la maison ????).

We are very satisfied with our holiday in house Raphaelle. The reception was fine, there was a welcome gift ready (a bottle of wine, homemade jam and a bag of sweets) and a large vase with flowers. The house is really big and very beautiful. Very practical to stay with a large family. There was a misunderstanding with the request about the age of the children, so there was no cot. But that was immediately solved, a high chair and cot were taken from the garage and Sandra even made the cot.
Bruno and Sandra are very friendly and pleasant people, our French was not that great but the conversation went well.
We could not believe our eyes when we arrived, a very nice house with pool house and above all a very large, beautiful garden with large swimming pool. Around the pool were 6 sun loungers, also 4 plastic sun loungers, there were plenty of umbrellas, all in the color of the seats. There were also corners everywhere in the garden with the necessary seats or chairs. In short, it was perfectly fine. The only thing that was disappointing was the weather, even the hostess was so concerned. But we soon turned the switch and enjoyed ourselves with the children and grandchildren. We have also made several trips, the location of the house is also ideal as a base.
When we left Bruno gave us a bottle of white wine and a large bag of nuts.
It was a holiday week to remember.

We are also very satisfied with your service, I have also mentioned this to the owners.
We have very nice pictures of our week, but there are always people on it, so not suitable to send.
I hope to be able to use your services in the future. Every year we look for a large house to go on holiday in France with the children.
