Two years ago on our site (a total of 7 hectares, constructible project around 1.6 hectares) we were given permission to build recreational houses (our land has become Zone de Loisirs). We have made a plan for this (10 private homes with a private swimming pool). We now offer this project for sale. Of course there are other possibilities for development (small camping / eco-homes / tiny houses etc.), these projects must then be requested. But a small project in the form of, for example, 2 - 4 beautiful villas with a private swimming pool is also possible.
