Maison Milhac
Maison Milhac is a beautiful villa built in 2006 in traditional Périgord style with a private pool, situated in a lovely well entertained garden. This holiday house in the South West of France offers sleeping place for 8 people. The holiday house is situated on a small road about 2 km from the picturesque village Milhac where you can find a bakery and a nice restaurant. The interior of maison Milhac
On the ground floor you find the living room and a separate kitchen. Also you will find a spacious bedroom with a good quality large double bed (lits-jumeaux), a private bathroom (with a bath tub) and toilet. Through the open doors you will reach the covered terrace which overlooks the pool and the surrounding countryside. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a third spacious bedroom with a large double bed. All bedrooms have a private toilet and bathroom with shower. The large living room with a nice fireplace has satellite TV, DVD and a good quality sound system. Of course there is Wifi internet.
The kitchen has a 5 burner stove and is well equipped. There is a large American fridge with freezer, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, coffee maker and toaster.
Outside
The total surface area is about 7000m2. The covered terrace with nice views of the countryside, provides direct access to the pool ( 8x5 meters ). The area offers endless opportunities for hiking in the woods and there is much space for children to play safely. There are shaded areas on either side of the house. A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking the swimming pool. What else would you need during your holidays in the South of France…?
Environment
Particularly beautiful in Milhac is the castle that is located on the edge of the village. Milhac is about 20 miles south of Sarlat, one of the most famous places in the Perigord. The Dordogne River where you can picnic and swim in is just 5 km away.
