A simple, somewhat outdated holiday home with a large garden. Lots of privacy. The pool was wonderful to cool off during the hot days. Lots to do in the area and a lot of information available in the house. Wifi reception was fine. Had a nice holiday in Sagelat.

We are back from France. How lucky that the weather was, we only went inside to sleep and use the kitchen. The swimming pool is lovely! Saw deer for the first time in the garden itself.

We had a nice holiday. We didn't stay in the house that much. We were lucky enough to have good weather and to be able to use the pool a lot.
Severine has welcomed us warmly. We got a jar of homemade honey. The fridge was already on. There were already ice cubes in the freezer.

A small tip to supplement the starter pack: toilet paper, kitchen paper and washing-up liquid. Fortunately I already had that with me from home.

Due to a thunderstorm in the week before our stay, the TV was not working. An electrician came to see this. He couldn't restore the satellite, but we could watch French channels. Not so bad in itself, because we brought small DVD players for the children.

Cleaning: sanitary facilities were clean. Some cobwebs between the bars of the stairs there were cobwebs, as well as at the window in the bathroom upstairs, dust on the stairs ...

The oven worked great for baking homemade pizza.

We were also lucky enough to see the deer in the evening. We loved the meadow.

Our stay of 3 weeks last September was excellent. If you like peace and quiet, the holiday home Sagelat is a great destination. Simple, spacious, rural and adequate facilities. Also the hostess was friendly and helpful and made every effort to speak us English. Beautiful surroundings, picturesque villages, lots of castles and beautiful scenery.
