Interior

Sourcette has four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom to preserve your privacy. One of the bedrooms on the mezzanine, allows you to contemplate the large living room and includes the jacuzzi (6 people). A large living room, where an equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare tasty meals for your family or friends on the central island. In the lounge area, you can snuggle up in a comfortable sofa near the wood stove, or sit around the dining table to share convivial moments. The neat and warm decoration of this holiday home will invite you to feel at home. The solid wood furniture, the touches of bright colors and the many decorative elements create a soothing and warm atmosphere.

Outside

The large terrace will provide you with an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun with a drink in hand and grilling on the barbecue. Large partially enclosed garden with a beautiful private swimming pool. Two terraces for dining together.

Sourcette is located at the gateway to the Périgord Noir. Brive and the river Corrèze are 20 minutes away. The legendary Sarlat la Canada and all the surrounding tourist sites are 40 minutes away. Montignac Lascaux and its famous caves are 25 minutes away. Amenities and the heart of the city 10 minutes by car. City which includes restaurants, supermarkets, old town and ramparts to visit as well as the Gardens of the imaginary.
