Villa Amelle

Villa Amelle is a beautiful villa for 10 people with a large heated private pool, situated 3 km from a golf course and 7km from Souillac. This spacious home is tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Amelle consists of a main house and a corresponding apartment. This apartment will never be let separately if you do not use it.

Living area 250m2. Living room 30m2, with large open kitchen and cooking island, veranda, 4 bedrooms (bedroom 1 downstairs (50m2!) with a double bed 160 cm, bedroom 2 downstairs double with a double bed of 160 cm, bedroom 3 (mezzanine) and finally, bedroom 4 on the first floor with a double bed.

Apartment 50m2 (this is located under the house)
Living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Outside

Plot of 8000m2. Heated private pool 10m x 5m, alarm, roman steps, sunloungers, barbecue, fenced garden, garden furniture, parking for several cars, patio and terrace.

The neighborhood of Villa Amelle

The valley is nestled in the woods at the intersection of three of the most beautiful regions of France. To the north is the Corrèze (Limousin), famous for its cattle breeds. To the south is the Lot (Midi-Pyrenees), formerly the "Quercy", rich in historical sites, caves and gastronomy. To the west is the Dordogne (Aquitaine), formerly the 'Perigord', also rich in nature and history.

Historic Sarlat is also close by, definitely worth a look. Cahors, in the south, is famous for its wine. If you want to do or see anything, there are many historical sites, beautiful villages, castles, caves and gardens to visit. There are parks with wild animals, eagles and reptiles, and even dinosaurs! Balloons, delta-planes, ULMS, steam trains or wagons pulled by horses.

Activities

An 18-hole golfcourse with an excellent restaurant is situated just a few kilometers away from Villa Amelle. There are many hiking and biking trails in the immediate area. The nearby river Dordogne offers fishing, canoeing and other activities. The cliffs are suitable for rock climbing and spelunking. Also riding is definitely an option!

Had a nice holiday with both my family and that of my brother. Swimming pool at a great temperature and owner is very friendly. Nicely secluded so also sufficiently private. Fun games evenings organized in the dining room. Downstairs room was nice and cool and upstairs there was air conditioning. In short, great! Next year again!

For the second time we were guests at Villa Tamaris and spent a wonderful holiday. The villa, lovingly furnished in an oriental style with a personal touch, is clean and equipped with everything, including the air-conditioned rooms. The outside area offers wonderful seating. Anyone looking for rest and relaxation is in good hands here. The large, fully enclosed property is ideal for traveling with children and four-legged friends. The spacious, non-observable pool area is especially great to enjoy. The surrounding area offers a lot of sights that can be explored by bike or car. We went to the nearby golf course for those of you who are hungry, big or small. But Souillac also has a corresponding offer here. The Marzouk family is very warm and helpful and is always on hand in emergencies. Communication is also possible in English without any problems.
