Ensemble la Roche
Ensemble la Roche is a beautiful private estate consisting of two charming stone houses with a private swimming pool and a fantastic pool house. Fully renovated in 2026, these authentic homes offer a combined living space of 211 m² and are set on a spacious plot in a peaceful, green setting. With five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a stunning Bali-style swimming pool, this is the perfect destination for families or groups of friends of up to ten guests looking for an unforgettable holiday.
The main house accommodates up to six guests, while the guest house accommodates up to four guests. The two houses are always rented together, ensuring complete privacy throughout the estate.
Inside
The main house offers 110 m² of living space and features three bedrooms. The guest house measures 65 m² and has two bedrooms. Both houses have their own living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. They are comfortably and practically furnished, and every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The guest house living room also benefits from air conditioning.
Outside
The spacious garden, overlooking the surrounding countryside, immediately creates the perfect holiday atmosphere. The beautiful Bali-style swimming pool with its pool house and fully equipped outdoor kitchen is the true highlight of the property. It is the ideal place to spend long sunny days together, relaxing and enjoying your holiday.
The enclosed garden also features several terraces, a pétanque court and ample private parking.
Surroundings
Ensemble la Roche enjoys a peaceful location while all essential amenities are within easy reach. Just 2.5 km away lies Terrasson-Lavilledieu, where you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The historic town of Sarlat, famous for its charming medieval streets, excellent gastronomy and lively markets, can be reached in around twenty minutes. This is the perfect base for exploring the Dordogne, with its magnificent castles, prehistoric caves, picturesque villages and beautiful natural landscapes.
Price Ensemble La Roche outside of July and August based on the main house only (max. 6 persons). If you also wish to use the gîte, an additional €500 will apply.
