Grimalda

Grimalda is a beautiful traditional 19th-century Quercynois stone house, set on a stunning private estate of 5 hectares with woods and vineyards. With three living levels and 170 m² of living space, this charming holiday home combines authentic character with modern comfort. Thanks to its unique location on the edge of a hill, you can enjoy peace, space, privacy and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and vineyards.

Inside

On the ground floor, there is a spacious double living room of 35 m² with a wood-burning stove in an authentic fireplace and direct access to both terraces. The well-equipped kitchen also has access to the outside. On this floor you will also find the second bedroom with a double bed, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs, in the characteristic pigeonnière, you will find bedroom one with a double bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom.

On garden level, by the pool, there is a lovely summer lounge/TV room with a comfortable seating area and views over the pool, which can also be used as an extra bedroom. In addition, there is bedroom three with a double bed and an extra pull-out bed. You will also find a spacious bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as a practical laundry room.

Under the western terrace are bedrooms four and five, both with direct access to the garden, and an additional bathroom with shower and toilet.
