This villa (2-7 people) built in a Provencal and Mediterranean style is located in a small valley on the border of the Lot and the Dordogne, not far from the 18-holes Souillac Country Golf Club.

From the living room there is a view towards the wooded hills, the swimming pool and the garden. The sun, the garden, your own private swimming pool and the tranquility invite you to do nothing and characterize this place where everything has been thought of. The decor revolves around colors and warm materials with respect for nature. A great deal of care has been given to the interior; the walls are tinted with a mixture of marble powder and plaster; there is traditional carpentry and certain ceilings have been beautifully decorated in the oriental tradition.

Surroundings

Innièze is 5 km from Souillac and the Dordogne, 25 km from Sarlat and 22 km from Rocamadour. There are large supermarkets and various clothing stores in Souillac and of course terraces and restaurants. This place is so special because the house is very close to the Souillac Golf Club. On the golf course you have a good restaurant, a terrace and tennis courts.

Very big living room in oriental style. Very nice. Bedrooms also spacious and air-conditioned. Nice pool, garden a bit messy. Property is secluded. It is about 10 minutes by car to Souillac.
