La Source du Pech is a charming holiday home located near the pleasant town of Gourdon, in the beautiful Lot region of South West France. This atmospheric property accommodates up to six guests and is ideal for families, friends or couples seeking peace, comfort during their holiday. Set on a generous plot of 170,000 m², the house offers a wonderful sense of space and privacy, with lovely views over the landscaped little lake and the surrounding green French countryside.

Inside

Inside, you will find a comfortable living area with all the modern facilities you need for a relaxing stay. The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms (photos to follow), including one bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter and Senseo), toaster and kettle, making cooking and dining together a pleasure. There are two toilets and two bathrooms in total.

Outside

Outdoor living takes centre stage at La Source du Pech. In the spacious garden with its beautifully landscaped pond, you can enjoy sunny terraces, a cosy barbecue, parasols and comfortable sun loungers around the private swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 1.50 m), which is fitted with a safety alarm. It is the perfect place to relax with a book, a glass of wine or to take a refreshing dip on warm days. There is also a covered terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a jeu de boules court for relaxed afternoons in the shade.
The owner lives further away on the property and fully respects guests’ privacy. Please note that if you are travelling with children, they should be able to swim due to the presence of the little lake. Swimming is not allowed in the lake.

Surroundings

The location is ideal. A small village with a bakery and supermarket can be found at approximately 1.5 km, and inviting restaurants are located around 2 km away. The Gourdon area is known for its medieval villages, lively markets, beautiful nature and rich cultural heritage. Enjoy scenic walks through the countryside, visit local wineries or spend a day by the River Lot, where you can go canoeing or enjoy a picnic in nature.
