La Vie du Moulin
Maison La Vie du Moulin is a modern white holiday home designed by a local architect, located in a rural area 2 minutes from the village of Gignac in the south-west of France.
Interior
The house has an open living room, a modern kitchen and 2 full bedrooms (for 4 persons and a child), in addition it has another separate room (between the living room and the bedrooms) with a folding bed (for a maximum of 2 children) and is therefore ideal for a family or two couples! There are two bathrooms in the light-filled holiday home. The rooms are all attractively and carefully furnished. Airconditioning throughout the whole house. The wooden floor, together with the concrete and wooden accessories and black details, form a warm and chic interior.
Outside
Outside you will find yourself in a Mediterranean atmosphere... This is ensured by the wooden terrace, which is adorned by a pergola where you can sit in the shade as well as in the glorious sun. † In the summer you will spend the whole day here; a breakfast together, a lunch in the shade of the pergola and an extensive barbecue in the evening. While you rest and look out over the rolling green fields by the pool, the children can have hours of fun in the water and on the lawn. This holiday home owes its name to the mill just 400 meters away, so you should definitely take a look there. Beautiful views from the front of the house, you can even see the snowy peaks of the Auvergne on clear days!
Environment
Many excursions are possible in the area; visit typical local villages and lively markets, play golf just 10 km away, swim or canoe in/on the Dordogne or water sports on the Lac du Causse (15 min drive) or take a healthy walk in the beautiful surroundings. In short, Maison La Vie du Moulin is a charming residence in a beautiful rural setting!
