Inside

The living room offers the typical French atmosphere you are looking for during your holiday in France. The pleasant kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious French meals. All bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one single bedroom) are located on the ground floor, making this house ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The two bathrooms complete this comfortable holiday home, making it an excellent choice for two families.

Outside

The outdoor area is undoubtedly the highlight of Laperletta. The large garden offers complete privacy and an exceptional sense of space. The large swimming pool (12 x 5 m) is the jewel of this spacious property, providing stunning views over the rolling hills of the Dordogne. Enjoy nature at its finest and unwind with a good book on the pool terrace or a refreshing drink at the charming pool bar.

Surroundings

Within a 10 to 15-minute drive, you can visit either Domme or La Roque-Gageac on the banks of the Dordogne River, both ideal for canoeing, kayaking, and boat trips. Alternatively, explore the honey-coloured houses of the historic town of Gourdon. There is so much to discover, from prehistoric caves and charming market towns to magnificent gardens and iconic French castles, not to mention the many picturesque villages and vineyards scattered throughout the landscapes of the Dordogne and Lot regions in southwestern France. Laperletta is an excellent base from which to explore the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne and the Lot.
