Le Clos de Milhac

A beautiful driveway leads you to Le Clos de Milhac, a true gem among holiday homes in southwest France. “Le Clos” refers to an enclosed private estate, which is exactly what you will find here: a luxurious oasis, completely private and surrounded by meadows and woodland on the border of the Lot and Dordogne.

The villa was fully renovated in 2026 and furnished with great care and attention to detail. With 358 m² of living space, seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, it is an exceptional choice for large families or groups looking for comfort, luxury and plenty of space.

The property consists of two sections connected internally via the kitchen. This allows everyone to enjoy the shared living spaces together, while each guest has their own comfortable bedroom and bathroom.

Please note: we do not yet have up-to-date photographs of every part of the property, as the house is still being prepared for rental in 2027.

Inside

The first section has a kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor. The first floor features a bedroom with its own bathroom and a cosy library. The second floor offers a second bedroom with bathroom and a charming children’s corner.

The second section has two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, again each with its own bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with large, comfortable beds and air conditioning.

Outside

The expansive grounds invite you to completely unwind or enjoy time together with the whole group. At the heart of the property is the heated private swimming pool measuring 11,5 x 5 metres, with a shallow section featuring luxurious in-water loungers (3 x 4 m) – perfect for cooling off with a refreshing drink.

The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. For enjoyable evenings together, there is a pétanque court, while the huge grassy grounds offer plenty of space to play, relax or simply find a peaceful spot among the trees.

A village with a bakery, small shop and restaurant is approximately 4 km away, while the nearest supermarket is around 12 km away. The beautiful green surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling and canoeing, as well as discovering charming villages, local markets and attractions throughout the Lot and Dordogne.
