The open plan kitchen with warm living room will give you enough space for the cooler evenings in fore and after season (if ever there are cooler evenings)… the house is fully airconditioned for the warm summer days…

LeoBachelle is the little brother of Villa Les Rocs and Ducaussa (both in the same village with excellent reviews). In the kitchen or on the terrace you can prepare dinner and enjoy the French sunny days…

Fantastic location for anyone seeking peace and quiet. Perfect for us. Powerful air conditioning in the living area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds). Covered terrace where you can comfortably keep reading out of the rain while it thunders, lightens, and pours down. Refreshing pool. The small steps are not really built for big guys like me, but that is a minor inconvenience. Sturdy and comfortable sun loungers…

The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need, and two bottles of wine were waiting nicely chilled in the fridge. And yes, a large bottle of ice cold water too. (Fridge with three freezer drawers!)

There is a large piece of land around the cottage, fully fenced. Our dog loved running around the grounds a few times a day to discover all the scents. All around the property, you see trees, trees, and more trees. Very rarely did someone pass by on the walking path, but never more than once a day.

The host makes sure to be nearby upon arrival. According to him, we were the first guests in all these years to find the cottage independently. Normally he waits for you nearby and guides you there. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Communication: perfect.

Large supermarkets are just a fifteen minute drive away, and there is no shortage of restaurants either. And if you are lucky, a few fawns might suddenly stand staring at you as you set off along one of the small, winding roads towards the shop.

Conclusion: wonderful stay, wonderful host, wonderful holiday.

In short, we had a wonderful holiday. We were the first tenants of this house. Everything was completely renovated, very nice to spend a week in. Everything was very neat, comfortable furnishings, more than big enough for our family of 4. A big plus is the air conditioning during the hottest days. We had very good contact with the owner, very warm welcome. Since we were the first tenants, we had to ask/solve something every now and then. This was always responded to immediately.

In the house there is a folder/booklet with the most current information (nearest shops, waste regulations, ...), which is useful if you do not know the area.

The swimming pool is wonderfully heated, making it very nice to swim all day long. The children can enjoy themselves on the lawn next to the house.

The house is very quiet, no traffic. Ideal home for those who love privacy. There is sufficient shade thanks to the many trees and canopy, but also more than enough sun, something for everyone! The swimming pool is in the sun almost all day long.

It takes a while to find out where you have to drive to get to the house when you arrive, you really have to drive on the coordinates and then the last hundred meters are a bit of a guess. (Tip: Maybe there should be a more detailed route description here?)

In any case, we had a wonderful holiday. Certainly one of the houses we rented through FranceVilla where we would like to go again in the future. In any case, I have already recommended the house in question to a number of friendly families!
