Villa les Arches

On the upper floor you will find two additional bedrooms. The yellow bedroom offers a 140 x 190 cm bed, a desk and views over the valley. The white bedroom has a spacious 180 x 200 cm bed and overlooks the swimming pool. There is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Outside

The fully fenced garden provides a pleasant and private space to enjoy the outdoors together. The private swimming pool measuring 11.5 x 4 metres with a depth of 1.8 metres forms the centrepiece of the garden and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

Next to the pool you will find a spacious terrace with a dining table, comfortable outdoor furniture and a plancha for enjoyable outdoor cooking and dining on warm summer evenings. On the other side of the house there is a second terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning sun.

Surroundings

Villa Les Arches enjoys an excellent location close to the lively centre of Souillac, where you will find restaurants, shops and a weekly market. Within just a few minutes’ walk you can reach the Dordogne River, ideal for swimming, canoeing or enjoying a scenic walk along the water.

Thanks to its central location in the Dordogne Valley, you can easily discover some of the region’s most beautiful destinations, including the medieval town of Sarlat, the spectacular village of Rocamadour and the many castles, caves and charming villages that make this area so beloved.
