This is enjoying the French countryside to the fullest. This exclusive gite is located in a private garden of 3 hectares. This beautiful holiday accommodation has been restored with respect to authentic details. Walk through the woods, sit under a tree or relax at your private swimming pool, enjoying a glass of local wine. Lesgrabous offers children plenty of space and the absolute silence that we are all looking for during our well earned holidays.

Interior

Lesgrabous has been completely restored in early 2004 and has two new bathrooms and a new kitchen with all amenities. The house has central heating and there is wireless internet (adsl + wifi). Lesgrabous is equipped for up to 6 people with possibly 1 or 2 babies. There is 1 cot and a highchair available.

The living room is comfortable and cozy with a large fireplace, television with satellite dish, and a radio / CD player.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, 6 burner gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and toaster. In the utility room of the house are a washing machine, dryer and an ironing board with iron.

There are 3 fully furnished bedrooms, all equipped with box spring beds of 90 x 200. The house has 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. 2 Bathrooms: one bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower and one bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower cabin.

Outside

The heated swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters is totally fantastic of course! The outdoor terraces offer good adjustable chairs with cushions. Around the house there is enough for the children to do, there is a table tennis table, you can also play darts, badminton and jeu de boules. In addition, an outdoor fireplace can be found on one of the three terraces. The hot tub in the garden is of course a super romantic extra!

Surroundings

Lesgrabous is only 1.5 km, or a few minutes away, from the beautiful "capital" of the prehistoric Les Eyzies de Tayac. Away from all the hustle and yet close to all the shops and attractions of the Dordogne.

We had a wonderful holiday in villa Les Grabous. It is a beautiful house in a super nice and quiet spot. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms. You reach the tower room through another bedroom.
