On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living and dining room (with extendable dining table) with a wood-burning stove, the perfect place to gather for long dinners and relaxing evenings. Additionally, there is a comfortable bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on this floor.

The first floor features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a separate toilet. The interior is warm and inviting, offering a pleasant combination of space and comfort that immediately makes you feel at home.

The fifth bedroom with its own bathroom is located in a separate "gîte" at the rear of the house, featuring a private entrance and parking space. Ideal for guests who desire extra privacy.

Outside

The sheltered southwest-facing garden offers a wonderful mix of sun and shade. The spacious private pool (10 x 5 m) is perfectly positioned in the sun, inviting you to cool off on warm days.

Around the house, there are several terraces with seating areas, including picnic tables (seating 6 and 10 people) and a poolside terrace. Furthermore, two large charcoal barbecues and a ping-pong table are available for your use in the garden.

Surroundings

There is much to discover in the area. Rocamadour (19 km) is an impressive pilgrimage site with various attractions. In Gramat (10 km), you will find a zoo, and just 7 km away lies the Gouffre de Padirac, where you can explore spectacular underground caves. The Dordogne River is approximately 12 km away, offering plenty of opportunities for canoeing, swimming, or relaxing by the water. To top it off, the owners have left a collection of business cards in the living room from their favorite local restaurants, delicious dining awaits!

We had a fantastic holiday in this wonderful house. A beautiful location, close to lovely villages with a charming market or attraction every day. The wonderful, fully equipped kitchen was a highlight for us. We will definitely be back!
