Inside
Inside, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting interior. The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing evenings by the fireplace, although thanks to the pleasant climate it is rarely needed. The well-equipped kitchen with its pleasant dining table invites you to prepare delicious French meals. From the kitchen, you step directly onto the terrace, making it easy to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors together.
The holiday home offers two charming bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second has two single beds that can also be made up as a double bed. The modern bathroom and separate toilet are located in the lower ground floor.
Outside
The garden is attractively laid out over three levels, each with its own atmosphere. The first level features a dining table with beautiful views over the rolling hills. The second level includes a terrace with a table tennis table and an outdoor shower. On the lowest level, you will find the heated private swimming pool measuring 9 by 4 metres and 150 centimetres deep, equipped with a cover that complies with French safety standards. Around the pool is a modern lounge set where you can relax and enjoy refreshing swims. There is also a large lawn area, ideal for playing football or other outdoor games. Part of the garden is fenced, which is particularly convenient if you are bringing a dog.

Its location in the Golden Triangle places you in one of the most beautiful and diverse areas of the Dordogne. Nearby, you can explore numerous castles, enjoy stunning natural landscapes and discover fascinating prehistoric sites and picturesque medieval villages. Activities such as canoeing or paddleboarding, hiking, horse riding and visiting caves are all within easy reach. The lively towns of Le Bugue, Périgueux and Sarlat-la-Canéda are also close by, well known for their weekly markets and excellent gastronomy.
