Villa Rocaille is a spacious and charming holiday villa with a private swimming pool in the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne region, accommodating up to 10 guests (9 adults and 1 child). The villa features a large 3,500 m² garden, a welcoming outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space for children to play. Several bedrooms offer stunning views over Villeneuve-sur-Lot, while the picturesque village of Pujols is just a 10-minute walk away.

Inside

This well-maintained villa offers a spacious dining room with French doors opening onto the balcony and a modern open-plan kitchen with an additional dining area. There are 5 bedrooms in total. From the entrance hall, you can access two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a fold-out double bed. There is also a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.

On the first floor, you will find the remaining 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature a double bed, while the third bedroom is designed for children and includes a loft bed and a single bed. There is also a second bathroom on this floor. Additional amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a games room with a pool table, air hockey table, and table tennis table.

Outside

The spacious balcony with an automatic awning is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast together or spend long summer evenings while admiring the beautiful views. Downstairs, you will find a charming outdoor kitchen with a bar, lounge seating, and a large dining table. The private swimming pool (4 x 9 metres) is set in the middle of the spacious garden and is surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable seating areas. The terrace can be enclosed, making it ideal for guests travelling with a dog. In short, Villa Rocaille offers everything you need for a wonderful outdoor holiday experience.

Surroundings

Lot-et-Garonne is a peaceful and authentic region known for its beautiful walking and cycling routes, lively markets, and charming bastide villages. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy canoeing on the Lot and Garonne rivers and visit historic towns such as Monflanquin and Villeréal.

After a terrible storm along the way with trees on the road and cars on the side, we were welcomed by a very friendly Astrid and her daughter. They explained everything very well and we had excellent contact for the rest of the weeks.

House was great and was also very beautiful, with a view of Villefranche sur Lot.

The Aeroscopia museum in Blagnac near Toulouse is recommended, where there are also 2 Concordes. The city of Agen is also great, as is Bonaguil Castle near Fumel and of course the small towns with markets. Great holiday.

I just wanted to let everyone know that our holiday was fantastic! The house is beautiful with everything you could possibly want.
You really need to take just clothes as there is even toys (indor and out) for the children.
The village if Pujols is literally 2 minutes in the car and you could walk there if you fancy a walk. Lovely bars and markets. We are looking to return next year.

We had a lovely family holiday and the property was just as promised. We found the owner to be very friendly, and helpful, and the villa was kitted out really well if you have small children (Astrid even let our 3 year old keep a toy bus he had grown to love over the week which was very kind). There were plenty of utensils and kitchen equipment, plus different seating options to enjoy meals alfresco and time by the pool. We would recommend this property!. The local area was lovely too so a great position - it felt safe and secure. Thanks.
