Holiday home Sibadal is a comfortable and charming holiday home for up to 4 guests and one baby (maximum 5 guests including a baby). The house offers 73 m² of living space and is set on a spacious plot of approximately 1,500 m² in the peaceful hamlet of Laborie Madone, close to the attractive village of Salviac in the Lot region. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and the beauty of the French countryside. The partially enclosed garden and the exceptionally well secured private swimming pool make this holiday home an excellent choice for couples, families with young children or two couples travelling together.

Interior

The house is bright, practical and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The cosy living room flows seamlessly into the open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. From the living room, you have pleasant views of the garden.

There are two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom features a walk in shower, washbasin unit and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet and a practical utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

On the first floor, you will find an additional room that is perfect as a reading corner, home office or a quiet place to relax. This room also includes a double bed and a baby cot, making it a flexible space for families.

Outside

The garden is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine and the private swimming pool. The pool has a depth of 1.40 metres and is protected by an exceptionally safe wooden deck cover system that can easily be opened by adults but cannot be operated by young children, allowing you to relax with complete peace of mind.

Around the pool you will find comfortable sun loungers and a parasol. Under the pergola there is a lovely outdoor dining area where you can enjoy long summer evenings together. A quality barbecue is also available. The spacious garden offers plenty of room to unwind while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views.

Surroundings

Holiday Home Sibadal is located just 3 kilometres from Salviac, where you will find shops, restaurants and the weekly market. From the house you can enjoy beautiful walks through the rolling countryside of the Lot.

Thanks to its central location between the Dordogne and Lot valleys, many of the region's most famous attractions are within easy reach. Visit the historic town of Sarlat, the impressive castles of Castelnaud and Beynac, the medieval bastide town of Domme or the picturesque village of La Roque Gageac. The spectacular pilgrimage site of Rocamadour and the famous Gouffre de Padirac are also among the highlights of the region.

For active holidaymakers, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and horse riding. The tourist office in Salviac also offers a wide range of activities and excursions for visitors of all ages.

Fantastic location for visiting the beautiful surroundings. There is plenty to see: Sarlat, Bergerac, beautiful gardens, etc. The cottage was well-furnished, spacious, and clean. A warm welcome. The hostess gave a good tour upon arrival. In short, we enjoyed ourselves.
