Large and cosy living room with open kitchen and covered terrace overlooking the pool. There is Internet WIFI (moderate speed) availible. 4 bedrooms (all on the ground floor), 3 with a double bed and two with twin beds, two bathrooms (with shower) and two toilets.

Outdoors

3 acres land with large lawn with possibility for football, badminton, lovely very large private swimming pool (12 x 4 meters). A large part is dog proof fenced.

Surroundings

Canoeing possibilities on the Lot River (10 km). For those who are interested in wine is this is a very interesting region. Black Cahors wines are internationally known. The charming villages Fumel and Prayssac are about 15 km away.

We had a wonderful week. Beautiful weather, a beautiful house and how nice a private pool is with those high temperatures. We ate outside every day, which was ideal with the outdoor kitchen. The sports room was also used a lot. The mosquito nets on the windows everywhere is very nice!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, very complete, spacious, clean. The outdoor area and the outdoor kitchen was great. We used this almost every evening. Bedrooms are cool, the beds are also nice. Everything is available in the kitchen. Nice that there are two bathrooms.

The pool is very nice, nice and big. The overflow also keeps it nice and clean. Nice that there is a parasol with a seat underneath.

The owners are very friendly. Easy to reach, with Google translate, hands and feet we came a long way :).

The area is beautiful and quiet, I think that will be different when the house next door has also been refurbished and will be rented out. For now we have enjoyed the peace, the crickets and the freedom. Furthermore, large cities such as Toulouse and Cahort are easily accessible.

Groceries were done in Montayral, a 15-minute drive from the villa. I walked every day to the small supermarket in Maurox for fresh bread (4.5 km one way)

Hints? It was just all very nice and complete. Perhaps it would be good to put another large parasol over the sun loungers by the pool for some extra shade in the garden. But otherwise all very good!

We would definitely rent this house again!
