Val Da Pia

Val Da Pia is a beautiful villa of 150 m² built in the Périgord style that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Val Del Pia has a private heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with integrated spa for 6 people and is surrounded by a large terrace. The heated pool can be covered so the temperature will at all times be around 30 degrees! 6 Sun loungers and two parasols complete the set. 

Inside

The house consists of a spacious and light living room, corner sofa, flat screen TV and open kitchen. The patio doors give direct access to the partially covered terrace. There are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms (1 bed 180x200, 1 bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x200cm). There is also a laundry room with washing machine etc.

Outside

Large garden of more than 2000m2 with lawns to play football or just relax, lovely heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and large partly covered terrace. There is parking for several cars. The domain can be closed with an electric gate.

Surroundings

The house is located at the gates of the medieval town of Sarlat (2.5 km), in a quiet and relaxing wooded area. It is close to all amenities. (Restaurant, bakery, butcher less than 1 km), supermarket less than 5 km ... The main tourist sites are less than 20 minutes away. For example, the castles of Castelnaud, Milandes, Beynac, or even Roque Gageac famous for its walks on the Dordogne in Gabarre or by canoe ... But also important prehistoric sites such as the caves of Lascaux, Prehistoparc, Roc de la Gazelle , Grotte de la madeleine .... As for leisure activities, the first bike path with a length of about 30 km is less than 10 minutes from the house, equestrian center, tennis court and golf are less than 15 minutes away ... Fishing pond less than 1 km ... All the assets are there for a pleasant and peaceful holiday.

We had a very nice holiday. Location is free and somewhat remote, for us wonderfully quiet. The city of Sarlat is very close if you want a bit more excitement.

Our stay was very nice and the house with the pool is highly recommended. The space and the rooms are super, the covered outdoor seating area practical and the pool with the integrated whirlpool class. Also, the property is very quiet, but this is what we were looking for. The vacation home is to be recommended.

Our vacation was great!
The house is very neat, it is very quiet and everything is there. Only air conditioning would give a 10 out of 10 score.
It is also very close to the Dordogne valley where there is plenty to see; castles, caves and gardens.
We therefore strongly recommend this holiday accommodation to other holidaymakers.
