This spacious, hotel-chic villa with private pool accommodates up to 14 guests and is an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking comfort, tranquillity and privacy. The villa is surrounded by a generous garden with play areas for children and lovely views over the pool. From several bedrooms you overlook the green landscape that feels reminiscent of Tuscany, yet you are in the heart of France. The picturesque village of Pujols is just a five-minute drive away, and Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Agen and Bergerac are all within easy reach.

Inside

An external staircase leads to the entrance on the first floor. Here you will find the stylish living and dining room with a large extendable dining table for 14 guests and French doors opening onto the balcony, a wonderful setting for long dinners overlooking the garden. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers every convenience and also has access to the balcony. The living room features a comfortable seating area, television, DVD player and WiFi.

This floor offers four bedrooms. Two spacious rooms have double beds (180 x 200 cm) and two identical rooms have double beds (160 x 200 cm). All bedrooms include a clothes rack, armchair and television. There is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a practical laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
