Villenouve

Villenouve is a beautiful pink brick house, recently restored with natural and ecological materials, located in the Lauraguaise countryside in the southeast of Toulouse. Villenouve is ideal for family holidays, but also for romantic out-of-season getaways. The large house consists of two independant gites, but will at all times be rented as a private property. No sharing with other people! Ideal in the summer for two families or parents with adult children. Twinty minutes from a lovely lake.

Interior

Two living rooms, satellite TV, wifi; Two new fully equipped kitchens with 4 or 2 induction hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, air conditioning, etc. There are 2 large bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs with a double bed and a trundle bed, there are also two toilets and two bathrooms with a shower downstairs and a bath upstairs. Villenouve can accommodate a total of 8 people.

Exterior

The private garden is large and with enough shade from the trees. There is a picnic table and sun loungers for relaxing. On the other side of the house is the fenced parking and the large garage. Quick access by highway to the mountains or the sea. Villenouvelle train station just 5 minutes walk. You enter through the automatic sliding gate and park in the closed private parking lot. A garage is at your disposal to store cars or motorcycles. You reach the first floor via an outside staircase.
