Villa Garonne is a charming villa with a private swimming pool, located near the lively town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot in the Lot-et-Garonne. Stylishly furnished and very comfortable, the villa stands on a large 4000 m² plot with several terraces. Enjoy peace, space and privacy in a beautiful green setting. With its child-friendly facilities, Villa Garonne is ideal for families and groups of up to eight people (plus two children).

Inside

The bright living room offers a cosy sitting area, a spacious dining table and large sliding doors leading to the terrace. The open kitchen overlooks the pool and is fully equipped. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine, dryer and extra freezer.

On the ground floor you’ll find the Master Bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with massage shower, double washbasin and separate toilet. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed and pull-out bed. A second bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this floor.

Outside

Around the villa you’ll find several terraces with dining areas and lounge furniture. The private pool, equipped with an alarm system, is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. There’s ample parking on the property and in the double garage you’ll find a pool table, table football and table tennis.

Surroundings

The charming town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot is just a few minutes away, offering lovely restaurants, shops and markets. The rolling countryside is perfect for walking, cycling and exploring the picturesque bastides of the Lot-et-Garonne. Communication with the owner was very smooth and easy. All minor problems we encountered (such as the swimming pool becoming cloudy after the rain or the oven breaking down) were resolved immediately. Within a few hours a new oven was installed. Villa Garonne is a beautiful villa with a fantastic pool which we made great use of! The villa is comfortably furnished with excellent beds! Astrid and Sabine gave us a warm welcome and were also present when we left for the Netherlands at 5 am! We could always contact them with questions, but we didn't need to.

The Lot remains a beautiful area for us with picturesque villages, of which we have visited a number of again.
We will definitely come back!
