On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a 1.60m double bed and the other large bedroom with two 1.40m double beds), shower room, separate wc. On the ground floor accessible from the kitchen or directly from the outside are another 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a 1.60m double bed and one bedroom with a 1.40m double bed), bathroom, separate toilet with washing machine. Wi-Fi access.

Electric heating. Barn of 45 m² with ping-pong table. Nouyritte has a very nice private garden of 1500m² with private parking, private swimming pool secured by an alarm.

Outside

You have a magnificent 360 view around the house and no risk of noise or nuisance. Nouyritte is ideal for your family stay but also out of high season for couples in love or to relax.

The environment

On the Chemin des Pélerins (direct access to marked paths just behind the garden) and not far from Lake Montcuq (swimming, pétanque, picnic, fishing, etc.), the perfect place to spend days with the family. Great for truffle lovers, come and stroll to the Sauzet markets just 6 km away. Many tourist activities are accessible within a radius of a few kms with all shops 15min away. Do not hesitate to visit the village of Lauzerte and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie classified among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France"!
