- That depends on the agreements we make. Under a non-exclusive partnership, you can continue renting via Airbnb or elsewhere outside of the agreed exclusive periods. During the exclusive period, rentals go solely through FranceVilla. We will discuss in advance which model best suits your situation.
No, that is not required. We determine this together per villa in the contract. The key difference lies in the agreed period: with exclusivity, we can dedicate our full capacity and attention to promoting and renting out your property.
We do not work with a percentage-based commission. Instead, we agree on a fixed net rate in advance that you receive per booking. That way, you know exactly what you earn from every stay.
Within 2 business days, we will have your holiday home published online and ready for bookings.
At FranceVilla, you work directly with Marieke and Martijn, who handle promotion, presentation, and guest communication together with you, instead of you having to manage everything yourself as a host among millions of other listings on a global platform.
